• Predominantly outpatient practice with minimal delivery call

• Low Patient Volumes - 16 patients a day in clinic

• 240 deliveries a year with 40-50% being scheduled c-sections

• $245,000 Guaranteed Base, Call Pay, and a $20,000 annual bonus
